To begin making the spicy broad bean stir-fry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and split urad dal.

Once the mustard seeds splutter, add the curry leaves, green chillies, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onions.

Saute the ingredients until the onions turn translucent.

Add the broad beans to the cooker and continue to saute for a few minutes.

Now, add the turmeric powder and salt to the vegetables.
