To prepare the spicy stuffed green chilli fritters, start by washing the green chillies, slitting them lengthwise, deseeding them, and keeping them aside.
Boil the potatoes using a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
Once the potatoes are cooled, peel and mash them, and keep them aside.
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, and enough water to make a thick batter that coats the back of the spoon. set the batter aside.
In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, red chilli, cumin, garam masala, chaat masala, dry mango powder, black salt, fresh coriander leaves, and chopped green chilli. mix well to form a filling.
