How To Cook?

Start by making a paste - in a mixer, grind garlic cloves, green chillies, ginger, and fresh grated coconut to a smooth paste using a little water. transfer this paste to a bowl and set it aside for later use.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add baby onions. saute the onions until they turn light brown and become softened.

Add the drumstick pieces along with turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chilli powder. stir well to combine the spices with the vegetables and saute for a few more minutes.

Now, add the prepared paste from step 1 along with a little water. stir well to combine and saute the mixture for a few minutes until the masala is well incorporated.

Add the raw mango cubes along with coconut milk, salt, and a little more water to adjust the consistency of the curry.
