To begin preparing raw jackfruit and moong dal curry, first, prepare the raw jackfruit by removing the outer skin and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the yellow moong split in water for about 30 minutes. drain and set aside.
In a pressure cooker, add the soaked moong split and raw jackfruit pieces. add enough water to cover the ingredients and pressure cook for about 3-4 whistles, or until they are tender.
In a pan, heat olive oil. add split urad dal, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds. allow them to splutter.
Add dried red chillies, asafoetida, and curry leaves to the pan. sautËúÖ for a minute.
