To prepare the spicy brussels sprouts stir-fry, start by washing and quartering the brussels sprouts.
In a large wok, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat. add the quartered brussels sprouts, sprinkle some salt, and stir-fry them until they are cooked through, which should take about 5 minutes.
Once the brussels sprouts are cooked, turn off the heat and transfer them to another bowl.
In the same wok, add another teaspoon of oil over medium heat. add the mustard and cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
Add the ginger, garlic, onions, and red capsicum. saut„© until the onions and capsicum become translucent and are cooked through.
