How To Cook?

Grate the radish and place it in a bowl. add 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt to the grated radish and set it aside for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour with the radish. knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding water if necessary.

Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and roll each ball into kachoris, making them approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Heat peanut oil in a deep-bottomed pan or karhai for frying.

Carefully fry the kachoris, one at a time, in the hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
