To prepare the spiced millet and wheat murukku, take millet flour and whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
Add sesame seeds, ginger paste, cumin seeds, ghee, and salt to taste. mix the ingredients together until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Now, add yogurt to the mixture and mix again.
Gradually add some water and knead the dough until it reaches a smooth consistency.
