To prepare the millet and sugarcane pudding, start by soaking the foxtail millet in water for approximately half an hour.
Heat a pressure cooker and pour in the sugarcane juice. let it heat over medium heat and bring it to a boil.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the boiling juice. using a ladle, skim off any foam that forms on the top and discard it to remove impurities.
With the millet rinsed and drained, add it to the sugarcane juice mixture. cover the cooker and allow the mixture to cook.
Stir the mixture periodically to ensure even cooking and achieve your desired consistency.
