In a large bowl, combine 0.67 cup of rice flour and 0.33 cup of wheat flour.
Add 0.33 teaspoon of salt, 0.17 teaspoon of turmeric, 0.33 teaspoon of red chilli powder, and 1 pinch of hing (asafoetida).
Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Add 0.67 tablespoon of butter to the mixture and mix it in with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add water as needed to knead the flour mixture into a firm dough. the dough should not be too sticky.
