Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts until they turn golden brown. remove them and keep aside.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, add water and bring it to a boil.

Once the water starts boiling, add the wheat dalia to the pan.

Cover and cook until the dalia becomes soft, ensuring it doesn't become mushy. cooking time may vary depending on the size of the dalia (approximately 20 minutes).
