In a bowl, combine jowar flour, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a pinch of salt. mix well and add 1 cup of hot boiling water. stir the mixture until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Once the dough has slightly cooled, knead it into a medium-sized dough ball. cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the chopped garlic along with the chopped tomatoes. cook until the tomatoes are soft and well cooked.
Season the tomato mixture with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red paprika according to your taste. then, add boiled corn, cheese, and tomato ketchup to the mixture. give it a good mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Take the rested dough and divide it into equal-sized balls. roll out each ball thinly using a parchment paper.
