How To Cook?

Dry roast the semolina on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. allow it to cool completely before proceeding.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted semolina and ragi flour.

Add salt and curd to the bowl.

Gradually add water to the mixture, adjusting the quantity based on the thickness of the curd. mix well to form a batter and let it soak for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, give the batter a good mix and adjust the consistency with water if needed. it should have a smooth idli batter consistency.
