Next, add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, and finely chopped onions. saut„© until the onions become slightly brown and translucent.
Once the onions are browned, add dry mango powder, coarsely crushed fennel seeds, nigella seeds, coriander powder, crushed black peppercorns, and garam masala. mix well.
