To prepare the nutritious vegetable oats kebab, start by cooking the elephant yam and raw banana in a pressure cooker with water, salt, and turmeric powder. cook for 6 whistles and allow the pressure to release naturally.
Open the pressure cooker, drain any remaining water, and mash the cooked yam and raw banana well using a masher.
In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. cook until the onions become soft.
Add the chopped carrots and cook until they are tender.
Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, salt, and chilli powder. mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes to let the spices infuse their flavors.
