Start by chopping all the fruits (pineapple, mango, and grapes) and set them aside.
In a grinder, combine fresh coconut, jaggery, mustard seeds, and red chillies. grind them to a coarse mixture.
Heat a kadai with a little oil, add the ground coconut mixture, and then add the chopped pineapple.
Mix well to combine the pineapple with the coconut masala.
Now, add the chopped mangoes and grapes to the kadai, and turn off the heat.
