To prepare the tropical coconut banana oatmeal bowl, start by cooking the instant oatmeal in a saucepan. add 1 cup of water and cook the oats until they thicken.
Once the oats start to thicken, add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk to the saucepan and continue cooking until you achieve a thick and creamy porridge consistency.
Turn off the heat and let the oatmeal cool down to your desired temperature. you can serve it warm or chilled, according to your preference.
While the oatmeal cools, prepare the fruits. slice the ripe robusta banana and grate the fresh coconut kernel.
Once the oatmeal has cooled, divide it into 3 or 4 serving bowls.
