Start by soaking the fenugreek seeds overnight. ensure they are thoroughly washed to remove any impurities.
To make the fragrant fenugreek delight, heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker.
Once the oil is heated, add asafoetida (hing) and cumin seeds. allow the cumin seeds to crackle, then lower the heat.
Add the ground spices - coriander powder, fennel powder, ground cumin, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. saute for a few seconds to release their aromas.
Introduce the soaked and drained fenugreek seeds to the spices. stir and saut„© for around two minutes to infuse the flavors.
