Heat olive oil in a skillet or kadhai and add cumin seeds.
As the cumin seeds sizzle, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. saut„© the spices for 2-3 minutes.
Now, introduce the bottle gourd slices to the masala mix. ensure they are well coated.
Cover the kadhai and allow the bottle gourd to cook for about 4-5 minutes.
