Drain the syrup from the pineapple and set it aside. keep the pineapple in the freezer until ready to use.
In a heavy saucepan, combine condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk. mix them well.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the milk mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. once the milk is hot but not boiling, take out 1/4 cup of milk in a bowl and add agar agar to it. mix well to ensure there are no lumps. adding agar agar will help prevent the formation of ice crystals and give the kulfi a smooth texture.
Add the agar agar mixture to the milk in the saucepan. continue stirring until the milk comes to a boil, ensuring that the agar agar has dissolved completely. turn off the heat.
Transfer the milk mixture to a glass bowl and freeze it for 3-4 hours, until it is half-frozen. then, blend the mixture in a blender on high speed for about 30 seconds. return the mixture to the bowl and add the pineapple chunks. mix well to incorporate the pineapple into the kulfi.
