To prepare the creamy bread delight, start by cutting the bread slices into small pieces and soak them in milk for a few minutes.
In a pan, heat ghee and add cardamom powder to infuse the ghee with its aroma.
Add the soaked bread pieces to the pan and stir until they turn light brown and get a nice aroma.
Now, add 1 cup of sugar and the fresh cream (or heavy cream) to the pan. mix well and let it cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
Meanwhile, in a separate small pan, heat a little ghee and roast the mixed dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins, etc.) until they turn golden and fragrant. keep them aside.
