To start preparing the creamy cauliflower delight, soak the ingredients listed under "masala paste" in 1/4 cup of warm water for about 20 minutes. then, grind them into a smooth paste using a little water in a grinder.
Boil 3 cups of water in a pot.
Add the chopped cauliflower to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. turn off the stove and drain the water. set aside the parboiled cauliflower.
In a wide pan or wok, heat coconut oil over low flame.
