To prepare the bottle gourd salan, gather and prep all the ingredients.
In a mixer grinder, blend the peanuts, sesame seeds, and grated coconut with a little water to make a smooth paste. set it aside.
Make a puree of the tomatoes and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan.
