How To Cook?

Peel and grate the bottle gourd finely to get a smooth texture in the ice cream.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated bottle gourd. cook it on low heat until the bottle gourd becomes soft and tender. stir occasionally to avoid burning.

In a separate bowl, mix the full cream milk powder with fresh cream to form a smooth paste. ensure there are no lumps.

Add the milk powder and cream mixture to the cooked bottle gourd in the pan. stir well to combine.

Continue cooking the mixture on low heat until it thickens and forms a creamy texture.
