How To Cook?

Start by washing and cleaning the chicken breast thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.

To marinate the chicken, mix it with teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and grated ginger in a bowl. coat the chicken pieces well with the marinade and let it rest for at least 20 minutes or refrigerate for 6-8 hours for better flavors.

After marinating, heat a griddle pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of oil, and cook the chicken pieces for about 2 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked and slightly charred. once done, transfer the cooked chicken to a separate bowl.

In another bowl, take the leftover marinade sauce and whisk in corn flour and salt until well combined. set this aside.

In a flat skillet, heat some oil and add garlic. saute until it turns golden brown, then add chopped spring onions and cook for a few seconds.
