To begin making the chicken and herb quiche recipe, first, prepare the tart shell. it's best to make the dough for the tart the previous day and allow it to rest in the refrigerator overnight.

Add one whole egg into this mixture and bring the dough together. the dough will be sticky. wrap the dough in cling wrap and allow it to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
On the day of baking, dust some flour on the counter and roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
