Firstly, prepare the spinach puree by blending a handful of spinach, 2 green chilies, and 1/4 cup of water.

Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, take 2 cups of rice flour, 1/2 cup of besan, 2 tablespoons of powdered roasted chana dal, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon of butter.

Combine all the ingredients well, making sure to incorporate the butter into the mixture.

Now add the prepared spinach puree to the dry ingredients and mix well.
