To begin making the rajasthani style spicy capsicum and gram flour vegetable, we will first prepare the gram flour balls (gatte).
In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, curds, oil, and salt.
Gradually add water, a few teaspoons at a time, and knead to make a firm dough.
Knead the dough well for about 5 minutes until it becomes soft and melts in the mouth.
If the dough is too sticky, add more gram flour and knead again.
