In a mixing bowl, combine organic jowar flour and wheat flour together.
Add salt and black pepper powder to the flours and mix well.
Drizzle sunflower oil over the dry ingredients and mix it in evenly.
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead the dough. keep adding water in small quantities until a soft and pliable dough forms.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. this resting time helps in making the dough more manageable and enhances the flavors.
