How To Cook?

Boil the eggs and set them aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. allow them to pop. then, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions. saute the onions until they turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes to the pan and lightly saute them. then, add pav bhaji masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and turmeric. once the tomatoes soften, break 4 eggs into the mixture and scramble them.

Add the chopped boiled eggs and grated cheese to the scrambled egg mixture. top it with coriander leaves and toss everything together.

In a non-stick frying pan, prepare 4 sunny side up eggs.
