To prepare the spicy chicken tikka with potato tomato gravy, marinate the chicken mince with ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onions, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chopped green chilies, and coriander leaves. mix everything well and set it aside for 30 minutes.
After marinating, take a small portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into small round tikkis (cutlets).
Heat some oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the tikkis on both sides until they are cooked and turn golden brown. once cooked, set the tikkis aside.
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the remaining oil and add cumin seeds. when the seeds crackle, add slit green chilies and the diced potatoes.
Allow them to cook for 2 minutes, then add diced tomatoes, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, and a little water.
