To prepare the chicken tikka filling, in a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with greek yogurt, tandoori masala seasoning, lemon juice, turmeric powder, and salt. marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. add grated ginger, minced garlic, sliced onions, and sliced green capsicum. cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade to the pan. cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked and coated with the masala. remove from heat and set aside.

For the tawa paratha, in a large bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and a tablespoon of oil. knead the dough, adding water gradually, until it becomes firm and smooth. cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each portion into balls. flatten the balls and roll them out into approximately 8-inch diameter circles.
