To start preparing the green chicken tikka roll, begin by cleaning and washing the chicken thoroughly. cut it into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
For the marinade, use a food processor to grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilli into a smooth paste.
Transfer the marinade to a mixing bowl. add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder, cumin powder, and salt. mix well to create the marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. let the chicken marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. drizzle some oil on the pan and grill the marinated chicken pieces evenly on both sides until they are nicely roasted. this should take around 10 minutes.
