Start by thoroughly washing and cleaning the boneless chicken breast.
For the first marination, take a mixing bowl, and add the chicken pieces. mix in ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. ensure the chicken is coated evenly. cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
For the second marination, in another bowl, combine the egg, cheese, fresh cream, corn flour, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, nutmeg powder, mace powder, garam masala powder, and salt as per taste.
After the initial marination time, add the marinated chicken pieces into the second marination mixture. adjust the salt.
Mix the chicken well to ensure it's thoroughly coated with the creamy cheese mixture. cover and let it rest for at least 4-6 hours in the refrigerator, allowing the flavors to meld.
