In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and salt. mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Add gram flour and corn flour to the chicken mixture and mix again until all the pieces are coated with the flour mixture.
Crack an egg into the bowl and mix it with the chicken to bind the ingredients together.
Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying over medium heat.
