To begin preparing the spicy curry chicken kebab, clean and wash the boneless chicken cubes thoroughly.
Next, prepare the ginger-garlic-green chilli paste by grinding ginger, garlic, and green chillies with 2 tablespoons of water to obtain a smooth mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, rice flour, and all-purpose flour (maida) to make the batter for coating the chicken.
Add kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sambar powder, cumin powder, and the prepared ginger-garlic-green chilli paste into the mixing bowl with the flour mixture.
Gradually add water to the bowl and mix well until a thick and smooth batter of coating consistency is achieved.
