Start by cleaning the brussels sprouts and cutting them into halves.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and saut„© the finely chopped garlic until it becomes fragrant.
Add the halved brussels sprouts to the skillet and let them char on one side for about 5 minutes.
Flip the sprouts over and let the other side char similarly for another 5 minutes.
Season the sprouts with black pepper powder, mixed herbs, and garlic salt. mix well to coat them evenly.
