How To Cook?

Cook the chickpeas until they are soft and easily mashed. drain the cooked chickpeas and transfer them to a blender. blend until you get a coarse paste consistency.

Blanch the broccoli florets by boiling them in water for a few minutes. drain the water and immediately transfer the florets to cold water to preserve their color. once cooled, grate the blanched broccoli using a grater.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea paste and grated broccoli.

Add finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, and freshly chopped coriander leaves to the bowl. mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small oval or round patties, pressing them firmly together.
