In the same oil, add all the whole spices mentioned - bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, organic cinnamon, green cardamom, and black cardamom. after a few seconds, add sliced ginger and whole garlic cloves and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Now add the sliced onions and green chilies, and saut„© them until the raw smell goes off.
Add the minced mutton to the pan and mix well. fry the mutton for some time until the moisture reduces.
