Heat a teaspoon of sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat. add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add finely chopped onions to the pan and cook until they turn soft and translucent.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chillies. cook until the tomatoes are soft and well combined with the onions.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, and salt to the pan. mix all the spices well with the onion-tomato mixture.
Dice the chicken breast into small pieces and add them to the pan. cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and tender.
