To prepare the nutritious carrot and broken wheat upma, begin by steaming the finely chopped carrots.
In a pressure cooker, add the chopped carrots along with a tablespoon of water.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles and release the pressure immediately by running the cooker under water.
Open the lid, take out the steamed carrots, and set them aside.
In the same pressure cooker, add the broken wheat (dalia) along with 1/2 cup of water.
