To prepare makhana and peas curry, gather all the required ingredients.
Pressure cook 2 onions, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, and poppy seeds with enough water.
Blend the cooked ingredients into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder. set it aside.
In a pan, heat ghee and add makhana (lotus seeds).
Roast the makhana on medium flame until they become completely crisp. they should be crunchy throughout and not chewy.
