How To Cook?

Heat oil in a kadai. add cumin seeds (jeera) and saute for approximately 10 seconds. add chopped green chilies.

Add tomato puree and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. saute for 2 minutes.

Add cashew nut paste and saute for 2 minutes. reduce the flame, add green peas and 120g of paneer. cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in fresh cream. add water if required, kasoori methi powder, garam masala powder, and chopped coriander. mix well.
