Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius to prepare the grilled eggplant and corn pasta bake.
Boil the pasta in a saucepan of salted water for about 7 minutes, ensuring not to overcook it.
Drain the water and rinse the pasta under cold water. set it aside.
Sprinkle some salt on the eggplant slices and let them sit for 10 minutes. then, wash the slices and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
Grill the eggplant on a hot grill pan until brown marks appear on both sides and the eggplants become slightly soft. season them with salt and pepper and set them aside.
