Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are coated evenly. cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 3-4 hours (marinating overnight yields better results).
Heat some olive oil in a grill pan and place the marinated chicken thighs, grilling them until they become charred and thoroughly cooked. during grilling, brush the chicken with a little butter for added flavor.
