How To Cook?

1

To prepare the creamy broccoli pasta bake, start by cooking the penne pasta in boiling water with some salt until it reaches al dente texture.

2

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and immediately rinse it under cold water to halt the cooking process. drizzle a bit of olive oil over the pasta to prevent it from sticking together and set it aside.

3

In a saucepan, combine the cream cheese, fresh cream, and milk. stir in the dijon mustard, salt, crushed black pepper, and basil leaves. heat the mixture on medium heat until it comes to a boil and the cream cheese is completely dissolved. set the sauce aside.

4

Next, stir-fry the broccoli in a wok. heat a tablespoon of olive oil, add grated garlic, and then add the broccoli florets. sprinkle some salt and stir-fry the broccoli until it becomes slightly tender. be careful not to overcook the broccoli, as it will also be mixed with the pasta and sauce later.

5

In the same wok used for stir-frying the broccoli, add the cooked penne pasta and pour in the cheesy white sauce.
