How To Cook?

Begin by washing the cauliflower, draining the water, and patting it dry using a kitchen towel.

Heat a pan over medium heat. once the pan is slightly hot, add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onions. saute until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and continue to saute until they turn slightly roasted and develop a golden color.

Pour in the low sodium vegetable stock and bring the mixture to a boil. reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.

Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. then, transfer the contents to a blender or use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
