How To Cook?

In a deep non-stick pan, combine tomatoes, a pinch of salt, ginger, garlic, green cardamom pods, mace blades, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies, and 3 cups of water. mix well. add fresh coriander stems, cover the pan, and cook.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick wok. add baby potatoes and a pinch of salt. cook until they turn light golden.

Cut cottage cheese (paneer) into medium-sized cubes and place them in a bowl. add the cooked baby potatoes to the same bowl.

In the same wok, add button mushrooms and toss them until they soften. transfer them to the same bowl as the potatoes and paneer.

The tomatoes should be fully cooked. strain the liquid into a separate bowl. transfer the tomatoes into a mixer jar, let them cool, and grind them into a smooth puree.
