To begin making apple and coconut burfi, scrape the coconut and grind it into a fine paste without adding any water in a mixer grinder. set it aside.
Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, coconut paste, condensed milk, chopped nuts, raisins, and milk. mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Heat ghee in a pan and add the apple mixture to it. stir well.
Cook the mixture until the moisture dries up, and the color changes to brown while leaving the sides of the pan. at this stage, add cardamom powder and give it a nice mix.
