To prepare the filling for the oats and cashew stuffed half moon kaju burfi, heat 50 ml of water in a saucepan. add grated fresh coconut and crumbled cottage cheese (paneer) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in the milk powder, chopped cashew nuts, and oats flour. stir well.
Now, add sugar and white chocolate to the mixture. continue stirring until the filling comes together and forms a dough-like consistency. once it pulls away from the sides of the pan, set it aside to cool.
For the kaju burfi outer layer, heat a pan and add water and sugar. boil until it reaches a two-thread consistency.
Turn off the heat and add the saffron along with the powdered oats and cashew nuts to the sugar syrup. stir vigorously until it forms a dough-like consistency.
