To begin making the apple and cabbage coleslaw salad, let's first prepare the coleslaw and have it ready.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes creamy and well combined.
Add chopped purple cabbage, boiled and cubed potato, walnuts, dried oregano, red chili flakes, honey, and hot sauce to the yogurt dressing. mix everything well to combine.
